Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and students to help create a positive and engaging learning environment. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important part in helping pupils develop both academically and personally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing classroom support during lessons.
  • \n
  • Working one-to-one or with small groups of students who require additional guidance.
  • \n
  • Helping to explain lesson content and reinforce learning.
  • \n
  • Encouraging participation, confidence, and independence.
  • \n
  • Supporting students with their behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement.
  • \n
  • Assisting teachers with preparing learning resources and classroom activities.
  • \n
  • Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
