\nYour Role
\nAs a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and students to help create a positive and engaging learning environment. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important part in helping pupils develop both academically and personally.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Providing classroom support during lessons. \n
- Working one-to-one or with small groups of students who require additional guidance. \n
- Helping to explain lesson content and reinforce learning. \n
- Encouraging participation, confidence, and independence. \n
- Supporting students with their behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement. \n
- Assisting teachers with preparing learning resources and classroom activities. \n
- Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. \n
