Job Title: Van Driver Location: CwmbranPay Rate: £12.71 p/hHours: Monday - Friday 08:30 – 17:00 We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Driver to support our client's busy operations. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking to secure long-term employment with a well-established company.Key Responsibilities:\n

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders, ensuring deliveries are completed safely and in line with planned schedules.
\n
• Complete all delivery paperwork and administration accurately and within required timescales.
\n
• Deliver excellent customer service by meeting agreed delivery standards for products and consumables.
\n
• Carry out general warehouse housekeeping duties and support stock rotation to maintain an organised and efficient depot.
\n
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers during deliveries, acting as a professional representative of the business.
\n
• Respond to customer queries and complaints professionally, resolving issues where possible or escalating them appropriately.
\n
• Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services and communicate potential sales leads to the relevant team.
\n
• Take responsibility for the allocated vehicle by carrying out daily safety inspections, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting any defects or maintenance requirements promptly.
\n

What We're Looking For:\n

• A valid driving licence
\n
• Previous experience desirable.
\n
• Good attention to detail with the ability to complete paperwork accurately.
\n
• A reliable, safety-conscious approach to work.
\n
• An in-date DBS is desirable
