\nOn behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a number of Financial Crime Business Analysts- Corporate Functions for a 6 month contract based in London. It will be a hybrid model.

\nPurpose of the role:
\nWe are looking for a Financial Crime Business Analyst with strong experience delivering financial crime change programmes within large financial services or investment management organisations.
\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in implementing enhancements to third-party processes and technology, ensuring alignment with updated risk assessment methodologies and standards.
\nThis role is suited to a hands-on Business Analyst with excellent stakeholder management skills, experience working across 1LoD and 2LoD, and a proven track record of driving implementation and delivering tangible business outcomes.
\nWhat you'll do:
\n- \n
- Lead gap analysis activities, comparing current state vs. target operating models, and define solutions to address identified gaps. \n
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Functions internal stakeholders and external third parties, including TPAs, outsourcers, and managed services providers. \n
- Partner with both 1LoD and 2LoD teams to deliver effective financial crime solutions. \n
- Develop and deliver communications and training materials to support business change initiatives. \n
- Support business change projects end-to-end, including process design, stakeholder workshops, and implementation delivery. \n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and internal governance standards throughout project execution. \n
- Produce clear, concise documentation, including target operating models, risk frameworks, and implementation plans. \n
The skills you'll need:
\n- \n
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst working on financial crime change programmes within large financial services organisations. \n
- Proven experience in implementation delivery, not just analysis - must be comfortable "getting stuck in" to drive change. \n
- Experience with financial crime customer lifecycle management. \n
- Exposure to third-party oversight and working with external service providers. \n
- Strong experience liaising with stakeholders across both first line of defence (1LoD) and second line of defence (2LoD). \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. \n
- Ability to produce and deliver communications and training content to support change initiatives. \n
- Hands-on experience with gap analysis and defining target operating models. \n
- Competence with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). \n
Desirable:
\n- \n
- Experience in Corporate Functions environment (eg: Finance, Procurement, HR) \n
- Familiarity with financial crime standards. \n
- Some exposure to project management responsibilities. \n
