Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Solicitor with 2+ years experience in conveyancing to join their well-established, client-focused legal practice in East London. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment. The position is office-based and full-time, although part-time working may be available subject to discussion and agreement.

Are you the right person for the job?

• You are a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years experience in conveyancing
\n
• You have a strong understanding of property law, conveyancing processes, and compliance requirements
\n
• You have excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
\n
• You are committed to delivering high-quality client service and maintaining strong professional relationships
\n

What will your role look like?

\n
• Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from start to finish
\n
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions
\n
• Draft contracts, conduct searches, review legal documentation, and handle post-completion matters
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
\n
• Deliver an exceptional client experience in every transaction
\n
