Electrical Engineer (Social Housing) Pembrokeshire
\nSalary: £38,784 £42,038 base OTE: £70,000

\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties \n
- Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades \n
- Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards \n
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants \n
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation \n
- Ensure safe working practices across all tasks \n
Required Qualifications & Experience
\n- \n
- Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential) \n
- AM2 qualification (desirable) \n
- Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred) \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations \n
Desirable Qualifications
\n- \n
- City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent \n
- Additional electrical certifications or specialist courses \n
