\nAs an Assistive Technology Team Leader at Amplius, you'll lead a dedicated team delivering person-centred services, driving performance, supporting colleagues, and working with partners to provide high-quality minor adaptation and assistive technology services that promote customer independence, safety and wellbeing.
\nSalary:£36,948.05 per year
\nContract:Permanent, full time
\nYour week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm
\nLocation: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in our Rushden or Peterborough office.
\nSnapshot of your role
\nLead the day-to-day delivery of the Assistive Technology Team and Independent Living Advisors, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality services.
\nManage, coach and develop team members through recruitment, induction, supervision, performance management and wellbeing support.
\nMonitor team performance, workloads and KPIs, taking action to maintain service standards and improve performance.
\nCarry out and oversee Trusted Assessor assessments, recommending assistive technology, telecare and minor adaptations that support customer independence.
\nOversee customer services including telecare installations, equipment management, service reviews and fault resolution.
\nEnsure compliance through accurate record keeping, safeguarding, risk management, audits and adherence to policies and legislation.
\nBuild strong relationships with internal teams and external partners while supporting service improvements, innovation and new ways of working.
\nWhat youll need to thrive in this role
\nTrusted Assessor Level 3 or 4 qualification (or equivalent) and GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent).
\nExperience leading and developing teams in a customer-focused environment.
\nExperience managing performance, workloads and service delivery against targets.
\nExperience delivering person-centred services in a customer-facing role.
\nStrong leadership, coaching, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
\nGood administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
\nKnowledge of GDPR, safeguarding and Health & Safety requirements.
\nThe ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands and make confident decisions while remaining professional, resilient and customer focused.
\nImportant Enhanced DBS clearance and the right to work in the UK are essential requirements for this role. We do not provide sponsorship.
