\nCBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mobile Drainage Engineer to be based across seven high-end residential buildings, six in Canary Wharf and one in Battersea. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive drainage works.\n
\nThis role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on drainage experience who enjoys being site-based, working closely with clients and specialist subcontractors, and taking ownership of drainage performance across a portfolio of commercial buildings.\n
\nIn return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.\n

• Working hours: 7.30 17.00 Mon Thur & 7.30 16.00 Fridays

Key Duties & Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Carrying out planned and reactive drainage maintenance across a cluster of commercial buildings
\n
• Undertaking drainage camera surveys on rainwater gullies, stacks and below-ground systems
\n
• Supporting the development and upkeep of drainage plans and asset information
\n
• Diagnosing drainage issues and recommending corrective or improvement works
\n
• Supervising and coordinating specialist drainage subcontractors on-site
\n
• Supporting landlord areas primarily, with some involvement in tenant areas when required
\n
• Completing high-quality reports, records and compliance documentation
\n

\n
Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Full UK manual licence
\n
• A recognised plumbing qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
\n
• Strong working knowledge of commercial drainage systems
\n
• Legionella / L8 awareness or qualification
\n
• Proven fault-finding and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider engineering team
\n
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
