\nA fantastic opportunity for an Engineering & Operations Manager has arisen to work for an international organisation based in the Norfolk area.
\nHours Monday Friday (Days)
\nLocation Commutable from Fakenham
\nSalary Up to £55,000 + Package
\nSkills required for the job of Engineering & Operations Manager
\nLeading and developing a team of maintenance engineers
\nManaging a budget for the engineering department
\nTake ownership of Health & Safety, paperwork and compliance on site.
\nChampioning continuous improvement and root cause analysis within the department
\nOverseeing several small projects
\nStrong leadership experience required for the role
\nEnsure customer deliveries are achieved on time, in full, to quality and cost targets
\nForecast volumes and resource requirements aligned to budget and capacity
\nMonitor performance, analyse trends and implement corrective actions
