\nFire Alarm Project Manager (High-Rise / Multi-Unit Residential)
\nAre you an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager with a strong technical background and a proven track record delivering large-scale residential developments?
\nWe are a well-established, family-run business and a recognised leader in delivering Fire, Security, Reception, and Data system solutions across high-rise new build and refurbishment projects throughout London and the South East.
\nDue to continued growth, we are looking for a Project Manager who has worked their way up through the ranks, from hands-on Engineer through to Senior Engineer / Supervisor, and is confident managing complex, multi-unit developments

The Role of our Project Manager:
\nYou will take ownership of multiple fire alarm installation projects, typically across new build housing developments and high-rise residential schemes, including refurbishment projects involving multiple blocks (100+ units per block).
\nThis is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
\nKey Responsibilities of the Project Manager role:

- Manage multiple fire alarm installation projects from start to completion \n
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with clients and consultants \n
- Ensure projects aredelivered on time, within budget, and to specification \n
- Oversee RAMS, procurement, labour planning, and subcontractor management \n
- Monitor project financials including P&L, variations, and forecasting \n
- Ensure full compliance with H&S and regulatory standards in live environments to BS5839 2025 \n
- Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders \n
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies \n
Essential Experience & Requirements
\n- \n
- Proven career progression from Fire Alarm Engineer -Senior Engineer - Supervisor / Manager \n
- Strong experience delivering multi-unit residential projects(not one-off builds) \n
- Experience working on high-rise developments and/or large-scale refurbishments \n
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (£1m+ values) \n
- Solid technical knowledge of fire alarm systems (design, install, commissioning) \n
- Previous responsibility of ensuring compliance and full H & S to BS5839 \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- SSSTS or SMSTS (essential) \n
- FIA-recognised qualifications (or equivalent) \n
- Valid ECS/CSCS card \n
Desirable
\n- \n
- Experience on complex refurbishment projects (e.g. multi-block residential sites) \n
- Commercial awareness with strong financial/project reporting experience \n
