TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected regional law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor (up to 1 year PQE) to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team in Cardiff.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with appropriate supervision, handling matters from instruction through to post-completion. The role will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Transfers of equity
\n
• Remortgages
\n
• New build transactions
\n
• Shared ownership matters
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
\n
• Delivering an excellent client experience throughout the transaction
\n

You will work alongside experienced conveyancers within a friendly and collaborative team, with ongoing support to continue developing your technical knowledge and career.

About You

Applications are welcomed from:

• Senior Paralegals with substantial residential conveyancing experience who are confident managing their own files.
\n
• Newly Qualified Solicitors or Solicitors with up to 1 year PQE specialising in residential conveyancing.
\n

You will ideally have:

• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
\n
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
\n
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
\n
• A proactive and positive approach to team working.
\n
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career within residential property.
\n
