Residential Property Valuer Sheffield - £30k basic + commission

Were recruiting for a New Residential Property Valuer role to join a well-established and prestigious Estate Agent, leading the way through innovation and their outstanding customer service.

This represents a senior role, with an Estate Agent which has established its position as one of the leading property experts in the S11, S10 and S17 region. Some of the regions most amazing properties!

\n

This is a superb opportunity for someone who is currently valuing, to have a more autonomous role and a patch to operate in where you will be dealing with properties often in excess of £1m..! Aside from the basic, you can expect commissions, and annual profit related bonus on top, making this one of the most lucrative property roles in the area at the moment!

What you will be doing

  • \n

    Conducting valuations and bringing properties to market

    • \n
  • \n

    Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers

    • \n
  • \n

    Booking and chasing up valuations

    • \n
  • \n

    Cross selling financial services, solicitors and auctions

    • \n
  • \n

    Identifying opportunities for new business

    • \n
  • \n

    Undertaking canvassing of local properties and win new business

    • \n
  • \n

    Coaching the other negotiators and valuers in the office

    • \n
  • \n

    Prospecting for new business

    • \n

What you will have

    \n
  • \n

    A proven track record in converting valuations to properties on the market

    • \n
  • \n

    You are currently working as a valuer so have up to date market knowledge

    • \n
  • \n

    Full UK driving licence

    • \n
\n
