About the Role\n

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Tractor Driver to join our farming team in Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a business committed to sustainable agriculture and producing high-quality crops.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Operate tractors and agricultural machinery safely and efficiently
\n
• Support daily farming operations
\n
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance
\n
• Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times
\n
• Assist with general farm duties as required
\n

Ideal Candidate\n

\n
• Previous tractor driving experience
\n
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
\n
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Good awareness of Health & Safety practices
\n
• Flexible and willing to work in an outdoor environment
\n
