Excellent opportunity for a Skilled Welder Fabricator to join a well-established company based in Nelson

Salary: £16:00 - £18:00 Per Hour, Depending on Experience

They are a responsive Sheetmetal and Fabricating jobbing shop in Nelson, trading for over 25 years. Building their excellent reputation producing quality one-offs and small batch items, proud to work with companies across all sectors of engineering.

They are looking to recruit multiple Skilled Welder / Fabricators to join their busy team.

Candidate Requirements:

You will be a skilled fabricator with 8+ years experience

In cooperation with all departments, ensure customer delivery schedules are met

A competent Stainless Steel TIG Welder

Able to finish work to a high standard

Have proficient inspection techniques

Able to assess and plan work according to timeframes and recommend process improvements

Able to discuss your work with intelligence and openness

Be a responsible member of the team

Maintain a high standard of housekeeping on the shopfloor

Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to at all times

Company Benefits:

Excellent salary: £16 - £18 per hour

The option of a 4 day, 38-hour week (Mon - Thurs 07:00 till 17:00) or 5-day week 08:00 16:30 Mon Thus & 08:00 14:00 Friday

Optional overtime available

30 Days Holiday (including bank holiday) +1 day after 5 years service
