\nAre you a Deputy care home manager who has helped run a larger nursing home and are looking for your next step into leadership and management ? My client are looking for someone who can lead from the front guiding newly qualified care staff.\n
\nThe role\n
\nWorking Monday to Friday supernumary only, you will have full control over the care home and it runs includingCare plan managementAuditing AND budgeting will be part of your role along side assessments and staff recruitment.\n
