The Role

\n

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide safe, caring, and stimulating early years experiences in line with theEYFS 2025 framework.
  • \n
  • Plan, deliver, and assess a rich curriculum tailored to meet the needs of individual children.
  • \n
  • Promote childrens development through purposeful play, encouraging curiosity, independence, and confidence.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and meaningful records, including learning journals and assessments.
  • \n
  • Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • \n
  • Ensure safeguarding and health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with your room team and support the day-to-day running of your room.
  • \n

What Were Looking For

\n
    \n
  • Afull and relevant Level2 / 3 qualificationin Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent).
  • \n
  • A Full Paediatric First Aid training preferred
  • \n
  • At least1 year of experiencein an early years setting (preferred but not essential for outstanding candidates).
  • \n
  • A sound understanding of theEYFS, child development, and safeguarding procedures.
  • \n
  • A kind, nurturing, and professional approach with a genuine love for working with young children.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • \n
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • \n
