\n We're currently looking for an experienced Stock Condition & EPC/RdSAP Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis.\n

• Location - Primarily West London (I have a map I can email to you)

• Company van provided
\n
• Fuel Card Provided
\n
• Expenses covered
\n
• All surveying tools supplied
\n

The Role - You'll be carrying out:\n
\n

\n
• Stock Condition Surveys
\n
• EPC Assessments
\n
• RdSAP Surveys
\n

All surveys are completed using Totalmobile on the client's own software, with a single digital survey form, making the process straightforward and efficient.\n
Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Elmhurst-accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for EPCs (essential)
\n
• Experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
