Building Inspector

An established RBCA are currently recruiting for a home-based Class 2F or Class 3G/H Principal Building Inspector to oversee a broad range of commercial schemes in the West Midlands. Base salary circa £68,000 - £85,000, plus bonus, car, enhanced pension, extended leave, with the opportunity for career progression.

Duties

• Undertake plan assessments submitted for building control approval
\n
• Conduct site visits and prepare site visit reports
\n
• Attend client and design team meetings
\n
• Oversee projects in accordance with commercial requirements
\n
• Ensure compliance with QMS procedures
\n

• Class 2F, 3G or 3H Registered Building Inspector
\n
• Broad project experience
\n
• Relationship Management
\n
• Commercial awareness
\n
• Problem-solving capability
