Multi Trade Operative

CNC Recruitment are currently recruiting for several skilled Multi-Trade Operatives across multiple locations. These roles involve carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within residential properties.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates with a core trade in plastering or carpentry, alongside general multi-trade skills.

Pay - £31,000 - £35,000

Location: Devon / Dorset Area
Woking hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am 4:30pm
Job Type: Temp to Perm (Permanent after 16 weeks)

• Carry out maintenance and repair work across multiple trades

• Complete work in both occupied and void properties
\n
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
\n
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
\n
• Work independently and manage your own workload
\n

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in a multi-trade role
\n
• A core trade such as:
\n
\n
• Plastering
\n
• Carpentry
\n
\n
• Additional skills (e.g. plumbing, decorating, basic tiling)
\n
• Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
