Youll be supported by an experienced Operations Manager and an established internal leadership team including a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, nursing staff, administrator, hospitality and housekeeping teams.

The Role\n

As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day and strategic leadership of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance, occupancy and operational performance.

You will lead from the front, inspire your team and create a positive culture where residents and staff thrive.

About You\n

Were looking for a passionate and commercially aware leader who has:

  • Previous experience managing a nursing home
  • \n
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations
  • \n
  • A proven track record of achieving high-quality outcomes
  • \n
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • \n
  • Experience driving occupancy and business performance

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
  • \n
  • NMC registration preferred
