\nRecruitable Staffing Solutions are recruiting a multi-skilled FLT Driver for a busy site in Wellesbourne (CV35 9JY). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with consistent work for the right candidate.\n
\nThis is a hands-on warehouse role where youll be on and off the truck throughout the day, supporting the wider operation. Youll be operating VNA, Counterbalance and PPT, as well as helping with general warehouse duties, picking and stock movement.\n
\nKey responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Operating VNA, Counterbalance and PPT safely and efficiently
\n
• Picking, put-away and replenishment
\n
• Loading/unloading and moving stock around the warehouse
\n
• Working on and off the truck to support the team
\n
• Using scanners and keeping paperwork/system updates accurate
\n
• Maintaining good housekeeping and following site H&S procedures
\n

What were looking for:\n
\n

\n
• Valid VNA licence with confident, recent VNA experience
\n
• Counterbalance and PPT licences/experience
\n
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
\n
• Happy with a mixed role (truck work + warehouse duties)
\n
• Own transport preferred due to location/limited public transport
\n

Pay rate: £13.75 per hour\n
\nContract: Temp to perm\n
