\nAre you an automotive or engineering professional looking to share your skills and knowledge with the next generation? Chichester College are looking for a Lecturer in STEM for a September start.
\nAs our Lecturer in STEM, you will:
\nDeliver engaging STEM learning with a focus on motor vehicle and engineering disciplines.
\nSupport and motivate young learners from a wide range of backgrounds to engage with education.
\nBuild students confidence, enthusiasm and practical skills in vehicle mechanics.
\nAssess learner progress and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

\nWhat you will bring to the role:
\nIndustry experience within motor vehicle, automotive or engineering disciplines.
\nPatience, compassion and empathy when working with young people from varied backgrounds.
\nA passion for engaging learners and developing their interest in vehicle mechanics.
\nTeaching, assessing and verifying qualifications are desirable but not essential.
