Due to the location of this role, applicants must live on the Isle of Wight or have confirmed plans to relocate.
\nJob Title: Care Assistant
\nLocation:Highfield House, Shanklin, Isle of Wight
\nHours: 35 hours per week shifts 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm - Mixture of shifts to be worked flexibly over 5 days and work every other weekend.
\nSalary:
\n- \n
- Basic rate: £12.80 \n
- NVQ 2/Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent + 25p per hour \n
- NVQ 3/Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent + 50p per hour \n
- Enhancements: 10% for weekends \n
- Attendance Bonus: +75p per hour if you attend all shifts on your rota. T&Cs apply \n
