About the role\n
\nUp to £50,000 per year plus health cash plan\n
\nPermanent, full time (37.5 hpw)\n

What youll do\n
\n Advise on housing litigation, including anti-social behaviour and tenancy breach cases\n
\n Prepare court applications, statements, and all supporting evidence\n
\n Represent the organisation at court or instruct external legal support\n
\n Manage a wide range of housing management legal matters\n
\n Support policy and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance\n

You have\n
\n Solicitor or barrister qualification with rights of audience\n
\n Experience managing housing litigation or a similar legal caseload\n
\n Knowledge of civil procedure rules and court processes\n
\n Experience handling anti-social behaviour, possession, or tenancy breach cases\n
\n You have skills in drafting legal documents and preparing court cases\n

The practical bits\n
\n We generally work on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week based in our Newcastle City Centre office, but are open to being based in other offices and flexible working arrangements for the right candidate\n
\n Youll work Monday to Friday with flexibility built in\n
