Certificated Enforcement Agent

Our client is looking for several enforcement agents across London, for this role please apply only if you are certificated and have at least six months experience in the role.\n
\nYou will play a vital role in upholding justice by executing High Court writs, supporting clients, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.\n

\n
• Enforce court writs on behalf of clients and local authorities.
\n
• Recover debts or seize goods where appropriate, with professionalism.
\n
• Negotiate and agree payment arrangements with empathy and clarity.
\n
• Maintain detailed case records and meet performance targets.
\n
• Represent our client with honesty, integrity, discretion, and fairness.
\n
• Must be Certified, with valid certificate.
\n

\nYou must have:\n

\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Clear DBS check
\n
• Minimum 6 months experience in an enforcement role
\n
• Understanding of enforcement operations, TCOGs, court proceedings
\n
• Excellent communication skills, and happy to wear approved recording devices
\n
