We have a great opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a busy maintenance team based at a well-established retail and leisure complex in Portsmouth.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a straightforward Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends and no shift work.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a large, busy commercial site keeping everything running smoothly day to day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across all plumbing systems
\n
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns
\n
• Legionella monitoring and water temperature checks
\n
• Identifying and repairing faults on hot and cold water systems
\n
• Liaising with the wider facilities team and contractors on site
\n

What You'll Need

\n
• Relevant plumbing qualification City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or 3
\n
• Proven experience in a commercial or FM maintenance environment
\n
• Knowledge of L8 Legionella guidelines
\n
• CSCS card preferred
\n
• Reliable, organised and able to manage your own workload
\n
