HGV Class 1 & 2 Drivers

Quest Employment are currently recruiting for Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a well-established and growing business.

Salary\n

\n
• Class 2 Drivers: £40,000 - £42,000 per year
\n
• Class 1 Drivers: £44,000 - £46,000 per year
\n

Shift Pattern\n

\n
• 06:00 start times
\n
• Usually finishing around 18:00
\n
• Finishing times can vary depending on routes and workload
\n

The Role\n

\n
• Multi-drop deliveries
\n
• Use of pump truck/pallet truck to move pallets onto tail lifts
\n
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
\n
• Providing a professional service to customers
\n
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
\n

Requirements:\n
\nClass 2 Drivers\n

\n
• Newly passed drivers welcome
\n
• Valid Class 2 licence
\n
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required
\n
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
\n

Class 1 Drivers\n

\n
• Previous Class 1 driving experience essential
\n
• Valid Class 1 licence
\n
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required
\n
• Reliable and professional approach
\n

Additional Requirements\n

\n
• Drivers must be aged 21 or over due to insurance purposes
\n
• No more than 6 points on licence
\n
• No major endorsements
\n
