An exciting opportunity has come up with a well-established digital marketing agency in Warwickshire. They work with ambitious brands across a range of sectors and have built a strong reputation for delivering results-driven paid media campaigns.

They're growing and looking for a Paid Media Executive to join the team someone who genuinely loves the blend of creativity and data that makes paid media tick.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
\n
• Supporting campaign builds, ad copy creation and creative testing
\n
• Monitoring performance and reporting on CTR, CPA, ROAS and other key metrics
\n
• Helping with budget management and identifying opportunities to improve performance
\n
• Working closely with a talented, collaborative team
\n

What they're looking for:

\n
• 2-3 years' experience in a paid media or PPC role
\n
• Good understanding of Google Ads and paid media principles
\n
• Comfortable working with data and presenting insights
\n
• A creative mindset with a curiosity for testing and improving
\n
• Agency background preferred
\n
• Google Ads certification a bonus
\n

Salary: £28,000-£32,000 DOE
Location: Warwickshire - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
