About the Role

\n

As a CNC Router Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and maintaining Biesse CNC routing machines within a modern workshop environment. You will play a key role in the production of precision components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate Biesse CNC router machines to produce components to specification
  • \n
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and cutting lists
  • \n
  • Load materials including MDF, plywood, laminates, and hardwoods
  • \n
  • Adjust machine settings, tooling, and parameters to ensure precision and quality
  • \n
  • Monitor machine performance and carry out routine maintenance checks
  • \n
  • Ensure all work meets high standards of accuracy and finish
  • \n
  • Work efficiently to deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • \n
  • Collaborate closely with workshop and production teams
  • \n

About You

\n
    \n
  • Proven experience as a CNC Router Setter/Operator within a joinery or manufacturing environment
  • \n
  • Experience setting and operating Biesse CNC routers
  • \n
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • \n
  • Good understanding of health and safety within a workshop environment
  • \n
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • \n
  • Team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • \n
