TheRole

Thecompanysproductsfocusonreducingmanufacturingdowntimethroughadeepunderstandingofthemanufacturingprocessestheyarebeingusedin.

Thisrequiressitevisitstoprospectsandclientstoensureproductsareusedcorrectly.Yourroleistoconducttelesalesbasedmarketworkandcoordinateschedulingofthesemeetingsbyyourcolleaguesworkingonthefieldbasedsalesteam.

• AccountCoordination:Contactkeyaccounts,customersandnewprospectstodiscussoperationalfactorsandschedulesitevisitsforyourcolleagues.

• SalesOutreach:Conductregularphoneoutreachtointroducetheproductrangetoprospectsandcustomersandmaintainstrongsalescontactfromthebusinesstoit'scustomerbase.

• CRMDataManagement:LogallcallnotesandclientinformationaccuratelyontotheCRMsystem.

• RelationshipBuilding:Youwillbuildrelationshipsinthisroleandmaintainregularcontactwithcustomerseventuallybuildinglong-termcommercialunderstandingviastrongrelationships.

YourBackground

• Experience:Abackgroundintelesales,telemarketing,orinternalsalesispreferred.CandidatesfromchemicalorSTEMbackgroundsmotivatedtotransitionintoacommercial/salesroleareencouragedtoapply.Experienceisnotnecessary,ifyoulikethesoundofthisrole,wearekeentohearfromyou.

• RecentGraduates/CourseFinishersfromSTEMcourses,orthosewhohaveexperienceofcustomerconnection(B2C,B2Bsuchasworkinginanofficeorothercustomer-facingrolei.e.barorcafe)andarekeentofindtheirfirstindustrialsalesrolefollowingCollegeorUniversity,withnochemicalindustryexperience,areencouragedtoapply.

• Communication:Ourclientsprimarymeansofbusinesscontactwiththeircustomersisthephoneandweareseekingsomeonecomfortablewithahighvolumeofdailyoutboundcalls,happytoworkmostlyspeakingwithcustomersoverthephone.

• Skills:Strongrecord-keeping,attentiontodetail,andICTliteracy(CRM/MSOffice).
