Shift patterns:
\n * 06:00-18:00 / 07:00-19:00, any 4 days out of 7
\n * Overtime available during peak periods

Pay rates:
\n * £12.71 hourly

Essential requirements for Production Operative:
\n * Own transport is required due to the site location

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
\n * Basic English level
\n * Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not essential
\n * Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Role for Production Operative:
\n * Operate production machinery efficiently to meet daily targets
\n * Ensure 100% order accuracy while following strict food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures
\n * Produce, label, pack, and palletise products according to specifications
\n * Maintain clean work areas and adhere to site security protocols
\n * Support management and colleagues while working flexibly across departments
