\nDue to the nature of this role previous housekeeping exposure is essential and the ideal candidate will be passionate about customer experience.\n
Role overview:\n

\n
• Monday Friday 09:00am 17:30pm
\n
• 20 + 8 days annual leave entitlement
\n
• Regular salary reviews
\n
• Free on-site parking
\n

\n
This Senior Housekeeper role will hold the below responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Play a key role in ensuring properties are consistently presented to the highest standards and are fully guest-ready before every arrival
\n
• Provide exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that every property is clean, fully stocked, operational and guest-ready at all times
\n
• Laundry & linen management
\n
• Property inspections & quality assurance
\n
• Supporting housekeeping teams to maintain standards
\n
• Checking heating, air conditioning and hot water systems
\n
• Monitoring of stock levels and order replacement of guest consumables
\n
• Identify and report maintenance issues
\n
• Supporting property changeovers
\n

The ideal candidate for this Senior Housekeeper role will hold the below experience, skills and qualifications:\n
\n

\n
• Previous Housekeeping experience is essential
\n
• Previous experience working in holiday lettings would be advantageous
\n
• Previous management experience would be advantageous
\n
• Naturally a problem solving with the want to take ownerships of tasks
\n
• A passionate individual with a best in category mentality
\n
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with all levels
\n
• Attentive with an eye for detail
\n
• Full UK Driving License and Own Vehicle
