The Role

\n

As a RecruitmentAccountManager, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, managing end-to-end recruitment processes while building long-term partnerships. This is a hybrid role combining delivery, client management, and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities

    Manage existing client accounts, ensuring service excellence and retention

  • \n

    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals

  • \n

    Work closely with recruiters to deliver high-quality candidates on time

  • \n

    Manage job briefs, advertise roles, shortlist CVs, and coordinate interviews

  • \n

    Attend client meetings (virtual and in-person) to review performance and pipeline

    • \n
  • \n

    Identify opportunities to grow accounts and cross-sell other recruitment services

  • \n

    Ensure ATS and CRM systems are up to date with accurate information

What We're Looking For

    Proven experience in recruitment (agency or RPO) with account management focus

  • \n

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • \n

    Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders under tight deadlines

    Commercial awareness and ability to identify upselling opportunities

  • \n

    A proactive, solutions-driven mindset

    Experience using recruitment platforms, ATS, and CRM tools
