Job Title: Parts Advisor
Location: Prestige Dealership Redhill
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm no weekends

\nWe are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a successful premium automotive dealership in Redhill. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive aftersales team where customer satisfaction and teamwork are at the heart of the business.
\nWhether you are an experienced Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor, Service Advisor or come from a strong customer service background with an interest in the automotive industry, this role offers excellent training, career development and long-term progression.
\nThe Role:
\nAs a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting both retail customers and the workshop by ensuring parts are supplied accurately and efficiently.
\nKey responsibilities include:
\nHandling customer and technician parts enquiries both in person and over the phone
\nProcessing parts orders from enquiry through to delivery
\nAdvising customers on product availability, pricing and suitable parts solutions
\nPicking, packing and dispatching parts accurately
\nMaintaining stock control and inventory records
\nSupporting the achievement of parts sales targets through upselling where appropriate
\nWorking closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient vehicle repairs and servicing
\nEnsuring the parts department remains organised, compliant and customer focused
\nThe Ideal Candidate:
\nPrevious customer service experience is essential
\nParts Advisor, Parts Sales or automotive aftersales experience would be advantageous
\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail
\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills
\nAbility to work effectively in a busy environment
\nSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
\nComfortable using computer systems and learning new software
\nPackage & Benefits:
