Childcare Lawyer / Solicitor (Hybrid) needed in Northallerton, £55ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1754383

Childcare lawyer solicitor to work on an assignment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing expert advice and representation in care proceedings and family law matters
\n
• Managing legal queries from the Children and Young People Services Directorate
\n
• Conducting research to address more complex legal issues affecting operational matters
\n
• Collaborating with the legal team to ensure compliance with Law Society Professional Standards and Lexcel accreditation
\n

Role will be hybrid, with Mondays based in Northallerton, North Yorkshire.

The other 4 days can be worked from home.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
