Workchain is currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a leading plant and tool hire company based in the Bedford area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional driver looking for long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

  Delivering and collecting tools, plant machinery, and equipment to customer sites.

  Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

\n
• \n

  Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining high safety standards.

\n
• \n

  Loading and unloading equipment where required.

\n
• \n

  Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally.

\n
• \n

  Completing all delivery paperwork accurately.

\n

  Monday to Friday

• \n

  05:00 AM starts

  Finish approximately

  13:30 14:00

  Overtime available

  £39,600 per annum

  Overtime available to increase your earnings.

  Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.

\n
• \n

  Valid Driver CPC qualification.

\n

  Digital Tachograph card.

\n
• \n

  Valid IPAF qualification is essential.

  Minimum 1 year's Class 2 driving experience.

\n
• \n

  Previous experience delivering plant hire or tools is advantageous.

\n
• \n

  Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.

\n
