Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 7am-7pm)\n
About the Opportunity \n
\n We're looking for multiple Multi Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join our Severnside Engineering team, supporting both our Dairy and Blow Moulding operations.\n
\nWhether you're working on processing and packaging equipment or high-speed bottle manufacturing lines, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and reliably.\n
What You'll Be Doing \n
\n In this role, you'll take ownership of bothplanned and reactive maintenance, with a strong electrical bias and hands-on mechanical fault-finding.\n
You'll be responsible for: \n
\n

\n
• Delivering planned, reactive and corrective maintenance across site
\n
• Diagnosing faults across electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems
\n
• Supporting basic automation fault finding and improvements
\n
• Completing PM, CBM and continuous improvement activities
\n
• Identifying root causes and driving long-term fixes
\n
• Contributing to reliability and performance improvements across the plant
\n

\n
What We're Looking For \n
\n We're interested in engineers who bring both technical capability and a proactive mindset:\n
\n

\n
• Recognised engineering apprenticeship
\n
• Strong electrical skills with solid mechanical understanding
\n
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or similar fast-paced environments
\n
• Understanding of maintenance systems and continuous improvement tools
\n
• HNC (or equivalent) preferred
\n
• IOSH / NEBOSH (desirable, not essential)
\n
