Location: Wigan or surrounding areas
\n Remuneration: £30,000 £32,000 and full benefits package
\n The role of the Technical Sales Advisor Construction Products & Building Supplies will involve:

\n
• Internally based technical sales advisor position selling a distributed range of construction products such as: concrete repair, waterproofing, screeding, joint filling, grouts & anchors, sealants, protective coating etc
\n
• The majority of your time will be spent selling to builders merchants such as: Keyline, Travis Perkins, Buildbase and Jewson
\n
• The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, sub-contractors and specialist contractors
\n
• Inheriting circa 115-20 spending accounts that need day to day management
\n
• Will have other responsibility for example supporting in the warehouse when needed
\n
• Will be expected to generate new business however this will be predominantly with existing accounts
\n

The ideal applicant will be Technical Sales Advisor Construction Products & Building Supplies with:

\n
• Ideally be in an internal sales, trade counter, customer service role currently in the building trade
\n
• Would suit someone working within a merchants / distributors such as Jewson, Travis Perkins, Keyline, Buildbase, Selco etc as a trade counter sales person
\n
• Ideally will have strong account management skills
\n
• Must be able to build relationships and break down doors
\n
• Enthusiastic
\n
• Professional, organised and driven
\n
