Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (3 on / 2 off Days)\n
\nLocation: Cambridgeshire (commutable from March, Wisbech, Chatteris, Ely, Huntingdon and Peterborough) Salary: £48,000-£50,000\n
\nWe're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Cambridgeshire, working a days-only 3 on / 2 off shift pattern. Ideal for someone who wants the benefits of a rotating pattern without night shifts.\n
\nThe Role\n
\nComplete PPM schedules and respond to breakdowns across production equipment\n
\nDiagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly and safely\n
\nWork closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability\n
\nMaintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to plant improvements\n
\nWork a 3 on / 2 off days pattern\n
\nWhat We're Looking For\n
\nRecognised engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, apprenticeship, or equivalent)\n
\nMulti-skilled maintenance experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing\n
\nConfident working independently and as part of a team\n
\nStrong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills\n
\nHappy working a 3 on / 2 off days shift pattern\n
\nWhat's On Offer\n
