Associate Director Building Surveyor

Halifax | to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Equity

A standout opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a growing independent consultancy with a genuine route to equity ownership and future leadership.

The business delivers commercial, retail, education, residential and industrial projects, typically up to £2.5 million.

You will combine project delivery, client management and business development, including:

• Managing projects from acquisition through to completion
\n
• Leading new-build, refurbishment and extension schemes
\n
• Coordinating consultant teams
\n
• Managing key client relationships
\n
• Winning new work and developing income streams
\n
• Supporting the future growth of the business
\n

\n
• MRICS, or close to achieving chartered status
\n
• Associate or Associate Director-level experience
\n
• Strong private-sector project experience
\n
• Proven client development and business-winning ability
\n
• Excellent technical, commercial and communication skills
\n
• A strong network within the Yorkshire market would be an advantage
\n

• to £65,000 salary
\n
