Our client is a highly regarded accountancy and business advisory practice with an established and respected restructuring and insolvency team. As the firm continues to invest in its advisory offering, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its West Birmingham office.

Working alongside a team of Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and experienced restructuring professionals, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality corporate insolvency services to businesses across a broad range of sectors. As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency appointments while providing guidance and support to junior members of the team.

You will work closely with Insolvency Practitioners on a range of assignments including:

  Administrations

\n
• \n

  Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs)

\n
• \n

  Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs)

\n
• \n

  Compulsory Liquidations

\n
• \n

  Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs)

\n
• \n

  Bankruptcies and personal insolvency matters where required

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

\n
• \n

  Managing a diverse portfolio of insolvency appointments from inception through to closure.

\n
• \n

  Preparing statutory reports, case documentation and correspondence to the highest professional standards.

\n
• \n

  Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors, lenders and other key stakeholders.

\n
• \n

  Conducting investigations into company affairs and assisting with asset realisation strategies.

\n
• \n

  Ensuring all casework complies with current insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements.

\n
• \n

  Reviewing and overseeing the work of junior administrators, providing coaching and technical support.

\n
• \n

  Assisting Licensed Insolvency Practitioners with more complex and technically challenging assignments.

\n
• \n

  Building strong relationships with clients and professional introducers through the delivery of an exceptional service.

\n

To be successful in this role, you will already have established yourself within a UK insolvency practice and be confident managing corporate insolvency appointments with minimal supervision.

You will offer:

  Previous experience as a Senior Insolvency Administrator or an experienced Insolvency Administrator ready to step up.

\n
• \n

  Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate insolvency procedures.

\n
• \n

  Experience managing a broad range of corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations and CVLs.

\n
• \n

  A thorough understanding of insolvency legislation and statutory compliance.

\n
• \n

  Excellent organisational and case management skills.

\n
• \n

  Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

\n
• \n

  A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

\n

CPI, ACA, ACCA or JIEB studies would be advantageous but are by no means essential.
