HIAB Driver Class 1 & Class 2

Location: Southampton & Surrounding Areas
Pay: Competitive Hourly Rates
Hours: Day Shifts | Monday to Friday
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Work

TLP Recruitment Southampton are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 and Class 2 HIAB Drivers to support a range of well-established clients across Southampton and the surrounding areas.

We have ongoing work available with builders' merchants, construction suppliers and distribution companies, offering regular weekday work and competitive rates of pay.

• Delivering building materials to commercial and residential sites
\n
• Operating HIAB equipment safely and efficiently
\n
• Completing local and regional deliveries
\n
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
\n
• Loading and unloading materials where required
\n
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service
\n
• Ensuring compliance with Driver Hours and Health & Safety regulations
\n

\n
• Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) Licence
\n
• Driver CPC Qualification Card
\n
• Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• Valid HIAB Certificate (ALLMI or equivalent)
\n
• Previous HIAB driving experience preferred
\n
• Good understanding of load security and site safety
\n
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude
\n
• Maximum 6 penalty points (No DR or IN endorsements)
\n
