Hours: Monday to Friday – various day shifts available, with start times between 7:00am and 11:00am\n
\n About the Role\n
\n Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Bendi / Flexi FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation based in Redditch.\n
\n This is a great opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience, ideally within part-picking, who holds a valid Bendi or Flexi FLT licence.\n
\n The successful candidate will support the day-to-day warehouse operation, picking parts accurately, moving stock safely and ensuring goods are handled efficiently and to a high standard.\n
\n Key Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Operating Bendi or Flexi FLT trucks safely
\n
• Picking parts and preparing orders accurately
\n
• Moving and putting away stock
\n
• Loading and unloading goods where required
\n
• Checking stock, labels and paperwork for accuracy
\n
• Supporting general warehouse duties
\n
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
\n
• Following health and safety procedures
\n
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
\n

Skills and Experience Required\n
\n

\n
• Previous warehouse experience is essential
\n
• A valid Bendi or Flexi FLT licence is essential
\n
• Recent experience operating a Bendi or Flexi truck
\n
• Part-picking experience is highly desirable
\n
