\nSalary: Up to £45,000 p.a. (DOE)

\nDue to continued growth Next Generation are recruiting for a CMM Programmer to work with a well-established engineering company based near West Bromwich. As the CMM Programmer you will be responsible for Measuring & alignment of complex components whilst having the ability to follow customer drawings & internal datum strategies to desired quality standards with limited supervision.
\nDuties of the CMM Programmer:
\nMeasuring & alignment of complex components. Following customer drawings & internal datum strategies to desired quality standards with limited supervision
\nDefining measurement report outputs
\nProgramming automated CMM programs
\nSupporting Project team with measurement requirements for PPAP approval
\nCarrying out dimensional investigation work for the engineering teams
\n5S of work centre
\nAdherence to H&S guidelines
\nCarry out hardness tests when required (site specific)
\nThe successful candidate for the CMM Programmers position will have the following experience:
\nAbility to program unsupervised (Aberlink) however training can be provided
\nDemonstrable understanding GD&T
\nDemonstrable understanding of customer drawings
