Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Assist in controlling the material flow within the Commercial Parts Department.
\n
• Ordering directly from suppliers for ancillary equipment as and when required for customer projects (external suppliers)
\n
• Raising purchase/framework orders for logistics partners
\n
• Raising shipping documentation (GAI, Packing list) for export shipments
\n
• Organising and manage the process to obtain letter of credits and certificate of origin from the Chamber of Commerce.
\n
• Prepare items for Despatch and create DAANs as required.
\n
• Prepare KITS as directed by Cell Leader/ Material Handling Operator in Commercial Spares.
\n
• Prepare TEST as directed by Cell Leader/ Material Handling Operator in Commercial Spares.
\n
• Manage inventory to achieve timely and cost-effective customer deliveries.
\n
• Suggest process improvements to enhance the Commercial Parts Business, and possible opportunities for cost reductions.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other departments and maintain compliance with all appropriate HSQE procedures and processes.
\n
• Where necessary, assist Despatch Department in packing orders ready for collection by couriers.
\n
• Assist in the factory move from Poole to Bournemouth Airport, possibility of using Reach and Bendi trucks, and fork lifts.
\n

Qualifications & Experience:

\n

\n
• Basic knowledge of SAP is desirable
\n
• Ability to use a forklift for loading and unloading lorries.
\n
