\n The role of the Estimator Curtain Walling will involve:

\n
• Estimator position producing estimates for a high end manufactured range of architectural glazing systems such as: aluminium windows and doors, curtain walling, glazing, and rainscreen cladding
\n
• Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
\n
• Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
\n
• Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
\n
• Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
\n
• Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
\n
• Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
\n

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Curtain Walling experience with:

Must have estimating experience within building envelope market sector

Must have good technical knowledge of the faade industry (curtain walling, windows and doors, glazing, and rainscreen)

Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings

Must be IT literate, ideally familiar with estimating software like Schueco and Logikal

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
