Project Manager (Digital Events)
Job Description
The Role
\nOn behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Digital Events) to lead the delivery of digital event platforms for international trade shows. You will manage projects from specification through to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
\nThis role is primarily based in the Clevedon office and involves close collaboration with development, customer experience, and client teams. Domestic and international travel may be required.
\nResponsibilities will include
\nCarry out the build of projects on the digital event platform to ensure event organisers, exhibitors, and delegates maximise networking opportunities.
\nProvide professional guidance to clients to develop a quality product suited to each events sector, users, and objectives.
\nDeliver presentations and training to clients and platform users to encourage engagement.
\nCommunicate with the Development team to stay up to date with new features and recommend improvements.
\nLiaise with the Customer Experience team to ensure they are familiar with each project and can deliver networking services effectively.
\nExceed expectations in terms of product quality.
\nEnsure internal systems and processes are maintained.
\nThe Person
\nThe ideal candidate is a technically and data savvy ProjectManager with great communication skills, who excels at data manipulation, thrives in a collaborative environment, and delivers clear, high-level presentations in English.
\nStrong technical background with excellent data manipulation skills.
\nExcellent written and verbal English communication abilities.
\nCollaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates as needed.
\nTrade show or events experience is preferred but not essential.
\nAdditional language proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, or Mandarin would be an advantage.
\nThe Hours
\nMonday to Friday, 9am5pm.
\nThe Salary
\n£30,000£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, full-time, with potential discretionary bonus.
