7.5T Delivery Driver Temp to Perm\n

We are recruiting for a 7.5T Delivery Driver on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis.

\n

Salary: £14.40ph

Working Hours\n

\n
• 4 days worked over a 6-day operating week
\n
• Saturday working required, with drivers working at least 2 out of every 3 Saturdays
\n
• 5 days off every 3 weeks
\n
• Start time: 06:30
\n
• Finish time: 18:15
\n

The Role\n

\n
• Multi-drop deliveries, averaging 1015 drops per day
\n
• Loading, unloading, and delivering goods safely and efficiently
\n
• Completing daily vehicle checks and adhering to all drivers' hours regulations
\n
• Providing excellent customer service
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Valid Category C1 (7.5T) licence
\n
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• Maximum 6 penalty points
\n
• Licence check completed on-site before employment
\n
• Physically fit and comfortable with a demanding role involving manual handling
\n
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
\n

This is a physically demanding position, so candidates must be aware of the workload and comfortable carrying out regular manual handling duties. Successful agency workers will have the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.
