\nTSA Surveying are currently partnering with a leading building consultancy to recruit a Stock Condition Surveyor/ DEA for an ongoing project based in South Wales.\n
\nKey Responsibilities:\n
\nConduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS.\n
\nIdentify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.\n
\n EPC assessments\n
\nAssess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms.\n
\nAbout the Role:\n
\nSurveys will be completed using asset management software (tablet devices provided).\n
\nComplete 8-10 surveys per day.\n
\nTraining on the software provided.\n
\nOutside IR35 paid per completed survey (houses, flats, and blocks).\n
\nIdeal Candidates:\n
\n

\n
• Experience in stock condition surveying. ( a must)
\n
• Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
\n
• Experience in energy.
\n
• Familiarity with the HHSRS system
\n
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
\n
• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.( a must)
\n
