\nCompetitive basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

\nThe Recruitment Consultant Role
\n-Developing trusted partnerships with clients
\n-Delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing account support
\n-Providing recruitment market insight and workforce planning advice
\n-Resolving operational issues quickly and professionally
\n-Maximising opportunities within existing accounts
\n-Sourcing and attracting candidates
\n-Managing applications in line with current legislation and compliance standards
\n-Delivering an outstanding candidate experience
\n-Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
\n-Promoting vacancies across social media and recruitment platforms
\n-Building lasting relationships with candidates to support their long-term careers
\nAbout You
\nCan you demonstrate:
\nPrevious experience in a similar recruitment role
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
\nConfidence building relationships with clients and candidates
\nCommercial awareness and a proactive approach to development
\nResilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
\nExcellent organisational and problem-solving skills
\nA collaborative, team-focused attitude
\nA strong desire to progress your career
\nYou will also need a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport, as regular client visits form part of the role.
\nWorking Hours
\nThis is an office-based position, Monday to Friday, at our Nottingham office.
\nYou'll also participate in our out-of-hours on-call rota, ensuring we continue to deliver the exceptional level of customer service our clients have come to expect.
