\n Blaymires Recruitment is working with a respected surveying and consultancy practice based near Southampton, Hampshire, which is seeking a building surveyor to join its growing team.
\n The business specialises in supporting clients withcladding combustibility risk, defects, and remedial works, and is currently managing a variety of projects across social housing, private landlords, consortiums, and management companies.
\n This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consultancy where you will play a key role in project management and report writing duties.

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

• Report-writing skills or Project Management skills
\n
• Minimum of 3 years technical delivery experience within a construction consultancy.
\n
• Pre- and post-contract experience.
\n
• Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
\n
• Proficient in IT software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and bespoke systems).
\n
• Organised, diligent, and commercially aware.
\n
• A team player with a proactive, \"can-do\" attitude.
\n
